Nope I'm Still Alive

On the 23rd of July 2007 at 07 15 hours, I finished reading the epilogue of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the seventh and final instalment in the series. I laughed, I teared and felt sudden bursts of pride. It was awesome and worth every cent of the $43 that I paid for it. A true testament of JK Rowling's writing prowess indeed.

My life has ended.

Or it would have anyway, if not for Rag to which I'm bound to by an Unbreakable Vow.

Okay so that's about the most interesting thing that's happened this week. Unless you count the fact that I'm going to St. James on Saturday for FREE, thanks to Halimah :)

Aftermath

I finally get the chance to blog after so long.

Rag is beginning to take its toll on me so I've decided to go up as early as possible without it looking like I'm shirking my duties.

I'm getting fatter but who can blame me? I only sleep, eat and sit; I swear my butt and thighs are expanding. Unfortunately I'm too lazy to run.

I'm not spending enough time at home and with my friends. Luckily my mother understands I'm doing something important and my friends, well they don't pressure me to go out with them so I'm grateful. This is one of those times where I'm glad that I only have a few friends :) but I really miss Arisya, Hali and Li Shan. Haven't gone out with all three of them in what feels like eternity.

JH just let me know that I'm got about a 0.01% chance of getting back in. It didn't come as that much of a shock to me now cos I'm beginning to accept the horrible truth. I'm almost convinced that moving back home won't be that bad. After all, I've got the TV, cable and my meals prepared but I'm sure going to miss everyone here and obviously the convenience. Still thinking about whether I should move to PGP or another hall but it's not likely.

28 more days to 11 August.

I'm so honoured to be working with such a great team of raggers and I know that I won't regret sacrificing my 3 months of holiday to do this. Let's win this thing.
